Ozone Imp Trainer

Following the tremendous success with the original Imp, the designers at Ozone have refined and re-modelled it to produce three brand new products for 2007, including the Imp Trainer.

The Imp Trainer is supplied on a bar with a safety system and three line set up. With this clever and user-friendly system, the Imp Trainer is well ahead of any competition, and is incredibly easy to use and re-launch without any line tangles.

The 3rd line acts as a brake and connects the bridle at the trailing edge of the kite to a wrist safety leash at the control bar. When the control bar is released, the kite remains attached to the safety leash and stalls safely backwards. This allows the kite to land cleanly without any spinning, which normally happens with standard two line kites flown on a bar. The flying lines remain untangled and the kite can easily be re-launched by pulling on the 3rd line, without any fuss or frustration. Furthermore, the kite can be easily reverse launched if it has landed upside-down, unlike a standard dual line trainer kite on a bar.

Manufactured to the same exacting standards for which Ozone's paragliders and technical power kites are world-renowned. Quality and durability are pushed to the very highest levels, with all materials chosen for longevity and performance. All edges and attachment points are taped and reinforced for extra durability.
